clipntool.com can be read without an account, payment or file upload. Personal information is collected only when you choose to send a request or email.
1. Who is responsible
For personal information submitted through this website, clipntool.com acts as the data controller. Privacy, access, correction and deletion requests can be sent to support@clipntool.com.
2. Information we may receive
- Request form: your name, reply email, request category, optional device description, message and submission time.
- Email: the address, message and ordinary delivery information included by your email provider.
- Technical records: the hosting provider may record the requested page, time, IP address, browser or device information, referrer and security events. The form also uses an invisible anti-spam field and a short timing check.
- Cookie choice: this browser may store whether analytics and advertising are allowed, the policy version and the time of your decision.
The form does not accept media uploads, payment information or identification documents. Your video, audio and image files remain on your device unless you independently share them elsewhere.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to answer a request, provide the follow-up you asked for, correct the site, prevent abuse, maintain security, keep a reasonable record of the conversation and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis may be your request for a service or response, consent where required, clipntool.com’s legitimate interest in operating a safe and useful site, or a legal obligation.
4. Information you should not send
Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, precise financial information, health information, details about children, private media, confidential material or anything you are not authorised to share. The site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request their personal information.
5. Form and email delivery
When the server handler is available, the request is delivered to the clipntool.com support mailbox. If direct delivery is unavailable, the page prepares a draft in your own email application; nothing is sent until you approve it. Hosting and email providers may process the limited information needed to deliver the page and message under their own security and retention arrangements.
6. Cookies, browser storage and Google services
The cookie panel appears when no saved choice is found. The decision is stored under clipntool.com_consent_v2, so you do not have to answer on every visit. Necessary storage remembers the selected categories, a version number and the time of the choice. It is not used for advertising. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time.
This supplied file does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads, remarketing code or advertising cookies. Analytics and advertising consent are denied by default. Allowing an optional category records permission only; it does not transmit anything unless a corresponding service is later installed.
If Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement or another Google tag is installed later, it must respect the saved choice. Depending on the service and category allowed, Google may receive online identifiers, cookie or local-storage data, IP-derived information, device and browser details, page addresses, referrers, interactions and a form-success event. Names, email addresses, form messages, private links and media contents must not be intentionally sent to Google through analytics or advertising tags.
Where the law requires consent, optional storage and related measurement or advertising processing remain disabled until permission is given. The panel offers a clear way to allow, refuse, change or withdraw that permission. Google’s own privacy controls and policies apply when a Google service is actually enabled.
7. How long information is kept
Messages are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer them, manage related follow-up, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute or satisfy a legal duty. When there is no continuing need, they should be deleted or anonymised. Hosting and security logs follow the hosting provider’s retention settings.
8. Sharing and sale
Personal information is not sold, rented or used to create an unrelated marketing list. It may be shared with hosting or email providers that help run the site, with Google only when a Google service is actually enabled and permitted by your choice, with professional advisers when necessary, or with authorities when disclosure is legally required.
9. Security
The form limits field lengths, rejects file uploads, validates submissions and uses anti-spam checks. The live site should be served over HTTPS. No internet transmission or mailbox can be guaranteed completely secure, so send only the information needed to explain the issue.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability; object to some processing; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and complain to a data-protection authority. Include enough information to identify the conversation, but do not send an identity document unless it is specifically and lawfully required.
11. International processing
Hosting, email or Google providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, the relevant operator must use an approved legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may change when the form, providers, cookie categories or Google services change. Material changes should be published here before the new processing begins. The effective date appears at the bottom of the page.
